The Torq TI110E is a direct-imported electric vehicle supplied for off-road use only.

This vehicle is not road registrable, is not ADR approved, and is not certified for use on public roads, road-related areas, footpaths, cycle paths, or any area governed by Commonwealth, State, or Territory road transport legislation.

Use of this vehicle in prohibited areas may result in:

• Fines and penalties

• Vehicle impoundment or seizure

• Licence suspension or disqualification

• Civil or criminal liability

The purchaser and/or operator acknowledges and agrees that:

1. They are solely responsible for determining whether use of the vehicle is lawful in their State or Territory.

2. They must check with the relevant State transport authority, local council, or regulatory body prior to use.

3. The vehicle is intended for private property or approved off-road environments only.

4. They assume all risks associated with operation of the vehicle.

5. They will ensure appropriate protective gear is worn at all times, including an approved helmet and protective clothing.

6. They will not modify the vehicle in a manner that breaches Australian laws or safety standards.

To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and all applicable legislation:

• The importer/seller disclaims liability for unlawful, negligent, reckless, or improper use of the vehicle.

• The importer/seller is not responsible for penalties, fines, loss of licence, seizure, or legal consequences arising from illegal operation.

• The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws.

Where the vehicle is purchased online, completion of checkout constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Where the vehicle is purchased in person, signature on the sales invoice or collection form constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this notice.
